Parastomal hernias are a common issues that can be managed in a variety of ways. This case reviews the management of a hernia at a urostomy site. The patient presented with a bowel obstruction with the prior ileal anastomosis involved in the hernia. Given their BMI over 50, durable repair options were limited. We performed a robotic repair with defect plication and reinforcement with a keyhole mesh.
