Transabdominal retromuscular (TARM) repair traditionally has obligated surgeons to commit to a double-dock procedure. This has been one of the big drivers for eTEP--operative efficiency and reduced needs for double docking. This video reviews a strategy to perform robotic TARM repair via lateral docking, using retrograde retromuscular dissection to obviate the needs for double docking.
