This video further reviews TAPPRA techniques and strategies, highlighting the case progression for dissection, closure, and completion of preperitoneal pocket development. We highlight our strategy of retrograde peritoneal dissection, that allows for a single docking episode, while assuring that adequate mesh coverage of the fascial closure is achieved.
