OCT. 4, 2024 · 7 MIN
#HERNIAGEEKSSubcostal hernias are common after hepatobiliary procedures. We review the case of a patient presenting with a left subcostal hernia that was managed with a transabdominal retromuscular (TARM) repair. To accommodate mesh, we performed a limited transversus abdominis release. The video highlights dissection principles and management of peritoneal holes with omental patching/buttress.
