Beyond the hernia defect, patients often present with neurovascular trauma and disruptions to the semilunar line. This video demonstrates a robotic eTEP unilateral TAR for a subcostal and flank incisional hernia in a patient who previously had a thoraco-abdominal aortic aneurysm repair.
