Crossover is one of the first maneuvers performed during eTEP ventral hernia repair. Often, videos demonstrating this technique will demonstrate efficient crossover with no breach of the peritoneum. This video reviews a case in which we had an early peritoneal hole and strategies to overcome this issue.
