This video reviews an interesting case of a patient presenting with bilateral inguinal hernias with the right side being a large direct defect with penetrating sac and the left being a inguinoscrotal hernia to the mid-thigh. A bilateral inguinal hernia repair was performed with sac reduction of the direct defect and sac abandonment of the left.
