Robotic surgery can be an efficient endeavor when the the system is well optimized. This video reviews the elements that we have built for case set up to assure efficiency during inguinal hernia repair. It reviews port placement strategies, room layout, and discusses other elements of care that are critical for high-throughput surgery that maintains access to care for patients.
