Incisions near the semilunar line are prone to complex hernia formation. This video reviews strategies for robotic reconstruction of semilunar line disruption. A pre-peritoneal technique was used to allow for broad mesh coverage. We review adjuncts such as intraoperative myofascial traction, sac abandonment, and omental supplementation of the visceral sac.
