Concurrent repair of hernias in different quadrants can pose a planning challenge. This video reviews the operative steps for addressing multiple hernias in a patient presenting with a right inguinal hernia and a left subcostal hernia. A double-dock strategy was used to address the hernias. The ventral hernia repair reviewed strategies in managing subcostal hernia defects, specifically dissection strategy, hernia sac recruitment, and posterior flap supplementation.
