Suprapubic hernias after pelvic trauma can be challenging to treat as a result of hardware and atypical anatomy. This video reviews a case of a suprapubic hernia which was managed robotically with lower abdominal wall reconstruction. Key points for this case include the management of the herniate bladder, removal of loose orthopedic hardware, and mesh reinforcement of the visceral sac.
