Chronic postoperative inguinal pain can present after hernia repair. This video depicts a case of chronic bilateral inguinal pain following a TEP hernia repair. After a thorough work up and patient education, a mesh explantation was performed to address symptoms consistent with nerve entrapment. The video highlights strategic dissection strategies and decision making in these challenging cases.
