Behind the knife

Inguinal hernias commonly present after urologic procedures. Penile prostheses with preperitoneal reservoirs are considered a relative contraindication to minimally invasive repair. We review a case of a patient with a hernia in the setting of penile prosthesis and highlight how to manage the reservoir.
