Behind the knife

Giant inguinoscrotal hernias are a relative contraindication to minimally invasive hernia repair. However, as are fund of knowledge and techniques in hernia surgery have improved, we have been able to more successfully apply robotic and laparoscopic techniques to address these challenging hernias.
